Rebuilding, complete renovation and enlarging by a new building part in Munich center.
Building of 6 new stories on the existing underground garage with 6 underground levels (building part C).
New building part B with 5 basements and 6 stories over ground.
Due to the rebuilding and new building of 6 stories on the existing u. g. a very intensive intervention in the building substance was necessary.
